By accessing or using ResponsePilot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

ResponsePilot provides a software as a service platform for:

  • Uploading vendor security questionnaires
  • Generating suggested responses
  • Managing answer libraries
  • Exporting completed questionnaires and evidence packets

3. Accounts

You must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep credentials secure
  • Be responsible for account activity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully
  • Upload malicious files
  • Attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Access other customers' data

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Suggestions

Suggestions require review and verification. You are responsible for final responses submitted to third parties.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Non-payment may result in suspension

8. Confidentiality

We will not disclose Customer Content except to provide the Service or as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ResponsePilot from claims arising from misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
